Hightown house is a 1930s semi-detached property with common age-related problems - small, disconnected rooms and a lack of storage space.

Our clients desired open plan and sociable spaces along, plenty of storage alongside futureproofing elements. The property is to be extended to the front, side and rear to accommodate a level access entrance, wet room, utility and a large, light filled open plan kitchen and dining area. A potentially tricky 45degree rule has been mitigated without negatively affecting the extension depth and footprint. Extension materials are to be sympathetic to the age and detailing of the property.

The project will be submitted to planning shortly. Willma Works will provide tender services.

Project starting on site in 2025.
